We Cruisers were in Penang for the weekend to celebrate MJ's (would've been 51st) Birthday Bash - A tribute @ F.A.M.E. Dance Club, Upper Penang Road, Penang! It went great; with Jakeman from the hitz.fm DJ Division and DJ Dhan from mix fm rockin' the decks! If you missed it, well..Next time-lah! :P

We're also celebrating the Independence of Malaysia! Happy 52nd to be exact! This years theme and motto is of course heading in the direction of a united Malaysia. "Satu Malaysia!" In conjunction with this, our company Airtime Management & Programming (AMP) came up with a short video-clip of the Satu Malaysia song, and if you haven't head or seen it yet, here's your chance! Ahoy me lads! My car is back, for those who didn’t know, yeah I had an accident about a month ago due to SOME DINGBAT CHEE CHEONG FUN WITH SESAME BRAINLESS DOINK decided to jump the red light and collided with my Chevy, *poor baby*… yeah my car was in a bad shape. And I just got it back, so yeah, my car was like in ICU for about a month. Lucky I have ‘A few good men’ to chauffeur me around! Thanks guys, really appreciate it.

Last week was quite hectic eh? For those of ya’ll who chased us till our gas ran low, you should know how much we sweat to entertain you guys, but remember, your smilez are worth it… Oh last Sunday was fun, worked with Mahesh. It’s been a while since we work together, would normally only see Mahesh in his “just long enough to cover my crotch pants” at the movies. Lolz!

Happy Valentines Day to you people out there!(hope it's not to Iate) I spent my Valentine’s Day with the most special person in my life, my mum, and it was AWESOME! *HUGE smile* How did you celebrate your Valentines? Come, feel free to share with us, we’d love to know!

Now, for some updates! Last week’s “Hitz Party” announcers had some really interesting activities going on, guess what is it? It’s a competition between the two handsome dudes in Hitz - Adam C and Jin for Valentines Day - “Who gets the most YES for a date with them”!

I’m sure for you people who stay tuned to Hitz Party would know what is it all about, but if you missed it, don’t worry here is a quick update!

On the 11th Feb, the cruisers, Adrian and I brought Jin to a few different places to see how many “YES” he can get for this romantic day of the year. Jin was unbelievably shy when it comes to asking a girl out, hey Jin, is this your first time asking a girl out or what? *giggles*

We started off in McDonald’s Drive-thru in SS15, and not bad! Jin got four “YES” already at our first stop! Three more “YES” for Jin in Starbucks Taipan and another three at Friendster Café, Sunway Pyramid! So that makes 10 out of 13 for Jin! Great Job Jin! You were awesome!

As for Adam, I’m sure you people out there are already wondering how many “YES” he got. Well, to make it fair, the cruisers brought Adam to the exact same place to collect his “YES”, and to my surprise, Adam already had five “YES” in less than 30 minutes! NO joke, I’m serious! Haha

At the next stop Adam got three, and lastly at the Subang Parade’s bus stop, Adam got another THREE! Can you believe it? So yes, Adam received 11 out of 13 “YES”. Needless to say, you all know who is the winner right? Congrats to both Adam and Jin! I’m not sure about the “punishment” that follows the losing of this challenge, but the cruisers wish you all the best! Haha…

Oh, before going off, let me add one more “YES” to Adam because he gave me rose! How sweet is that? =) Well, don’t worry Jin, you and Adam are still the best no matter what.

Pure Vibracions

Ahh…. I got a good vibration, and that’s when I heard Pure Vibracions performing live! YES, one of Malaysia’s leading Reggae band ‘Pure Vibracions’ have just launched their album on the 5^th February (Thursday), 8pm at Urbanatic, CapSquare KL. Honestly, I have never thought of putting myself to hear Reggae music, but when I saw them performing, I went head over heels! I stood in awe and I was really proud that the songs they played were in my consideration, a masterpiece. There was an opening act by WPU-White Percussion Unit too! They were very entertaining to watch. A group which consist about 11 or 12 people playing only percussion instruments. Now they are good performers, and I believe that they can entertain anyone at any event. A group not to be missed at any event. I wish you guys all the best!

Now if you want to set your mind to climb out of your skull, let it wander around like a kite while you stretch your limbs, lie on bed and have the royal prerogative to ‘feel’ like you’re riding a million dollar yatch to the white sands of Bahamas, I suggest you grab a copy of Pure Vibracions album, play it, and enjoy… it feels the same… I do not see why you shouldn’t feel how I felt, serenity… More news coming soon!
